CUBPS brings Black Columbia undergraduates together to prepare for competitive careers and graduate-school pathways. Through industry education, mentorship, and professional preparation, we help members turn their ambitions into their next steps.
Professional Development
Our 2026–2027 model is built around four career verticals: Finance, Consulting, Technology, and Higher Education. Members join a semester cohort to build knowledge in their field, prepare for interviews, and connect with professionals and alumni.

Mentorship
From navigating recruiting to preparing for graduate school, members gain support through mentorship, smaller networking opportunities, and selected alumni programming. The goal is a community whose members return to help the next cohort.
